Convenia manages people information for small businesses, including board messages, holidays, admissions, dismissals and salary changes. Mobile Message can deliver a direct alert for the events that require timely attention.

Through Zapier, Convenia triggers such as New Vacation Approved, New Admission and New Salary Change can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. You might text a manager about an approved absence, notify payroll about a salary change, or alert an administrator when an admission is finished. A trigger can also create a contact or add a person to a Mobile Message list when suitable mobile details are available.

This reduces the manual checking around people operations while keeping the source record in Convenia. SMS messages are plain text and should contain only the useful summary or next step. The connection is built through Zapier and works as separate event-based automations, not as a two-way update between Convenia and Mobile Message.
