Connect Collage HR to Mobile Message through Zapier. Employee Created can trigger Send SMS for a welcome message, while Time Off Request Approved can alert a manager or operational contact about an upcoming absence. Employee Terminated can notify an authorised recipient that access or handover actions may need attention. Employee Updated can also trigger a contact update where the event contains the required mobile details.
