A booking can appear in Carly while the person managing appointments is serving someone else. Carly's New Booking trigger can start a Zap that sends the customer an SMS confirmation through Mobile Message, reducing the manual chase after each appointment is made. It can also create a Mobile Message contact for future reminders.

This connection works through Zapier and focuses on turning booking activity into visible customer communication. Carly has actions for creating, updating and deactivating booking pages, plus adding or removing calendars from availability. Those actions can be started by an inbound Mobile Message text if your process needs a text-led change to booking administration. For the common customer follow-up, map the booking person's mobile number, appointment details and any preparation instructions into the SMS. New Calendar and New Booking Page are available triggers too, although New Booking is usually the most useful event for customer messaging. Test the Zap with a real booking before enabling it.
