A respondent has completed an assessment and generated a new result while your learning or talent team is working elsewhere. Brillium provides detailed assessment workflows, but a result can wait for review if staff must keep checking reports manually.

Brillium’s New Assessment Result trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action through Zapier. Send a prompt to a trainer, assessor or manager when results arrive. New Assessment can also start a text when a new assessment is created, while Create Invitation can be triggered by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event when an incoming text contains the respondent details needed to invite someone.

This connection gives assessment teams a practical notification path around creation and completion. Brillium remains responsible for assessments, results and invitations, while Mobile Message sends the SMS. Configure the message, recipient and field mapping in Zapier, and filter the workflow if only selected assessments need an alert.

A Brillium test action is available for checking the Zapier connection, but it is not a customer-facing notification. The useful operational pairings are the assessment result trigger with Send SMS, or the invitation action with an inbound Mobile Message event. Each Zap runs one way and does not create a live results sync.
