BrightHire records, transcribes, and analyses interviews for hiring teams. The completed interview event can pass candidate details to Mobile Message’s Send SMS action, while Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start BrightHire’s Create Scheduled Interview action when a candidate texts back with a suitable response. These are separate one-directional Zaps configured in Zapier, not a native two-way integration.

This gives recruiters a practical way to combine interview communication with their existing process. A completed interview can prompt a clear next-step message, and an inbound text can create a scheduled interview when the required scheduling information is available.
