Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with BQE CORE!

Architecture, engineering and professional service teams often run BQE CORE across projects, timesheets, expenses and client records. The useful audience for this connection is the practice manager who wants important changes to reach people without checking every record manually. BQE CORE can trigger a Zap when an expense is approved, a project is completed, a client changes or a to-do is completed.

Those events can start Mobile Message actions such as Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. For example, a completed project can prompt a client update, an approved expense can alert a team member, and a new or changed client can create a contact ready for future communication. You can also use Payment Updated or Vendor Bill Updated when a message is appropriate for the people associated with that record.

The connection runs through Zapier and each workflow moves in one direction from a selected BQE CORE event to a Mobile Message action. It does not synchronise project or accounting data, and it does not make BQE CORE a native messaging feature. Carefully map the relevant phone number and fields, then keep message wording clear and suitable for plain-text SMS.
