Boardon is a preboarding tool built around that moment, and its Create Employee action adds a new hire into the system as soon as someone else's process says it's time to.

Boardon doesn't currently offer a trigger of its own, so there's no event inside Boardon that can start a text through Mobile Message, and pairing an inbound reply or a delivery status update with creating an employee record isn't something the two naturally fit together on. Its Create Employee action still has a place in a wider Zapier setup, sitting in a Zap that begins somewhere else in a business's onboarding process.

Connected through Zapier, Boardon is best thought of as one step among several rather than a stand alone link to Mobile Message. It handles getting the new starter into the system, so that whatever else runs around it, including any customer or staff messaging elsewhere in the business, has an accurate employee record to work from.
