Asset Infinity SMS Integration

Logging a new asset or adding a user to Asset Infinity usually means someone sitting down at a desk later to type in details that were captured out on site hours earlier, and by then half the information has been forgotten or scribbled on a pad. Mobile Message connects to Asset Infinity through Zapier, so a text message can turn straight into an Add Asset or Add User record instead of waiting for someone to get back to a computer.

Send a text to a shared number and, through Zapier, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can fire Asset Infinity's Add Asset action, logging a new piece of equipment, tool or vehicle the moment it's texted in. The same trigger can instead run the Add User action, adding a new staff member or contractor to Asset Infinity as soon as they text through their details, rather than someone having to remember to set them up later.
