Updated tasks and time-track events can also provide useful points for an operational message.

New Customer can trigger Mobile Message's Create Contact action, while New Project or New Task can trigger Send SMS with the relevant details available from actiTIME. Updated Time-Track's Status (Ready for Approval) can send a reminder to the person responsible for approval. Send SMS to List can notify a selected group when a new project or task needs attention.

The workflow is configured in Zapier and remains one directional. actiTIME continues to hold the time and scope information, while Mobile Message handles the text action you select.
