A Zapier workflow can send a Mobile Message SMS when Action1 reports a new vulnerability, so the right person receives a direct alert.

New Vulnerability is suited to urgent security notifications, with the affected endpoint or available finding details included in the text. New Missing Update can alert an operator when required updates are found, while Automation Completed can report that a run has finished or encountered an error. Action1 offers triggers only in this connection, so Mobile Message is used for outbound messages rather than changing Action1 records. Keep alerts concise and direct them to an authorised staff member. You can create separate Zaps for different event types or recipients, then test each one with sample data in Zapier.
