MSP sales teams using Zomentum often need to know when a document is approved, an opportunity changes or a new client enters the funnel. Those events can happen while an account manager is in another meeting, leaving a useful follow-up until later. Through Zapier, Zomentum can pass sales activity to Mobile Message for timely SMS alerts, and an inbound reply can create or update a contact or opportunity.

Document Approved can notify an owner that a commercial step is complete, while Opportunity Created can alert a salesperson to a fresh opportunity. Client Created can also send a welcome or internal notification. In the reverse direction, Inbound SMS Received can start Zomentum’s Create or Update Contact or Update Opportunity action when the required fields are mapped. Delivery Status Updated can be used for a selected contact update process. These workflows are separate one-way Zaps, not a continuous sync, so each message and record change has a clear business purpose.
