Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Zoho One!

Teams using Zoho One often spend time chasing routine messages after a user is created, activated or moved between groups. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can turn those account events into direct SMS notifications for the people who need to act. Instead of checking Zoho One repeatedly, an administrator can receive a text when a new user account is created or when a user is deactivated.

Use Zoho One’s User Created trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action for an onboarding alert. A User Deactivated event can send a notice to an administrator, while User Added to Group can add a relevant person to a Mobile Message list. These workflows are useful when a short, timely notification matters more than another email in a crowded inbox. Mobile Message can also create or update a contact when Zoho One user information changes.

The connection is built in Zapier, where you select the Zoho One event, map the required fields and set conditions for the message. It does not create a native two-way connection. Zoho One remains the source of user activity, while Mobile Message handles the SMS or contact action selected in the Zap.
