Connecting Onoff Business to Mobile Message through Zapier means a voicemail, or a completed incoming call, can trigger a text straight from Mobile Message so the caller hears back within minutes instead of at close of business. An outgoing call a team member makes can also save that number as a contact automatically, so nobody has to type it in later. Going the other direction, a reply that comes in through Mobile Message can add the person as a contact inside Onoff Business, keeping call and text records lined up on the same person.

None of this changes how Onoff Business handles calls and voicemails itself, it only adds a text message on top wherever a phone number already exists.
