Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Zoho Assist!

A customer has submitted a support request, and a technician needs to know about it before the request expires. Zoho Assist can trigger Zapier when an inbound request is created, picked up, transferred, or declined. Mobile Message can send a plain text alert or customer update based on the event that matters to your support team.

When a technician starts a remote support session, a text can confirm that assistance is under way. An Inbound Request Expired event can alert staff to follow up, while Customer Joined Remote Support Session can produce a short acknowledgement. The message can use the customer and session information supplied by Zoho Assist.

Zoho Assist also provides Schedule Remote Session and Start Remote Session actions. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start one of those actions where the text contains the details required by Zoho Assist. These are separate one-directional Zaps through Zapier, not a native two-way sync. You decide which support event should send a text or which customer request should start a session action.
