Zeymo SMS Integration

A new sales order has been confirmed, but the customer may still be waiting for acknowledgement or the next delivery instruction. Zeymo records manufacturing activity such as receipts, customers, sales orders and invoices, while Mobile Message can bring selected events to a mobile phone through Zapier. That removes the need to check Zeymo repeatedly or manually copy order details into a text.

A new sales order can send an acknowledgement, and a new sales invoice can prompt a payment or dispatch message. You can also use New Customer to alert a team member when a contact is added. Zeymo's supplied Zapier surface has triggers only, so this connection sends notifications from Zeymo to Mobile Message. It does not update Zeymo from an SMS reply.

Choose the event that represents a genuine customer or staff touchpoint, then map the available order, invoice or customer information into a concise plain text message. This helps the right person act while the record remains in Zeymo.
