Can I notify customers when a ZeeRM appointment changes?

Yes. Appointment (Service) State Changes and Appointment (Design) State Changes can each start a Zap. Send SMS can then deliver an update using the appointment information supplied by ZeeRM.

How do I set up the ZeeRM and Mobile Message connection?
