Zahara can mark that event, and Mobile Message can make sure the right person receives a short notification without waiting for a dashboard check. Through Zapier, a New Purchase Order Sent to Supplier event can start an SMS to a supplier contact or internal coordinator.

Zahara also exposes New Document Approved, New Invoice and New Approval Comment. These events can send useful plain text updates, such as an approval notice, an invoice reminder or a request to review a comment.
