Xledger SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Xledger!
Through Zapier, Newly Reconciled Customer Invoices can trigger Send SMS, giving a finance or account team member a concise notification. Newly Modified Customers can create a Mobile Message contact, while a modified supplier or project can prompt an internal text when a timely operational response is useful. The message can include the reference and other fields supplied by Xledger.
This connection is designed for specific accounting events, not a wholesale transfer of Xledger data. You decide which records should cause a message and who should receive it. Mobile Message can also add a contact to a list, helping separate customers, suppliers or internal recipients where that structure supports your process.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

Can Xledger send an SMS when an invoice is reconciled?
Yes. Newly Reconciled Customer Invoices can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. This can notify a nominated finance or account team member when the remaining invoice amount reaches zero.
Can modified Xledger customers be added to Mobile Message?
Yes. Newly Modified Customers can trigger Create Contact, and the contact can also be added to a suitable list. The fields available from Xledger are mapped in the Zap.
How do I connect Xledger accounting events to SMS?
Build the workflow in Zapier by choosing an Xledger trigger and Mobile Message action, then test the mapped accounting fields. You need accounts for both services, while the setup needs no code.
