Can a client's text message create a new workspace in Workona?

Yes. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start a Zap whenever a client texts in, and that Zap can run Workona's Create Space action to build a new workspace, optionally from a template, without anyone opening Workona to do it by hand.

Does Workona send a confirmation text once a space is created?

Workona's Create Space action builds the workspace itself, it doesn't send text messages. The texting side comes from Mobile Message, whose Inbound SMS Received trigger is what starts the Zap that leads to the new space being created.

What do I need to set up Workona with Mobile Message?

Just active accounts with both apps and a Zapier account to link them, with no coding required. You build a Zap using Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger and set Workona's Create Space action to run afterwards, so a text sets the whole thing off.
