Workee SMS Integration

A customer books a meeting while your team is between jobs, or pays for an order after office hours. Workee can capture those important moments, but a booking or payment notification may be missed if staff have to keep checking the platform. Zapier can pass Workee events to Mobile Message for an immediate SMS response.

Use Meeting Booked to text a confirmation or internal booking alert. Use Order Paid to let a team member know that payment has arrived, or Product Booked to confirm a scheduled service. The message can use the customer, product or order information supplied by Workee, so the recipient receives a useful update rather than a generic notification.

Workee has triggers available for bookings and payments, but no actions in this connection. That means the practical direction is from Workee into Mobile Message. If customers need to reply, their SMS can still arrive through Mobile Message’s inbound trigger for a separate Zapier workflow.
