A small business owner may win a deal, lose one or create a new contact while moving between customer conversations and daily work. Workably keeps contacts, deals and tasks together, but important CRM events can still wait for someone to check the screen. Mobile Message can turn selected changes into practical prompts for the next action.

Through Zapier, Workably can trigger Mobile Message when a new deal is created, a deal is won or a new task appears. New Contact (Instant) can also send a welcome or internal alert as soon as a contact is added. Send SMS is suited to one recipient, while Send SMS to List can notify a wider team. Messages can include the contact name, deal or task information available from Workably.

The connection does not synchronise CRM records or send emails through Workably. Each workflow has one trigger and one Mobile Message action. You can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger with a Workably action such as Create Task, giving an incoming text a visible place in the CRM when the required fields are mapped.
