Real estate operators who manage leads, responses and appointments in Wise Agent CRM can use a webhook event to bring SMS into their follow-up process. Create Lead/Contact Webhook by Type can start a Zap when the selected lead or contact activity occurs, allowing Mobile Message to send an SMS, create a contact or add someone to a list. Zapier handles the connection between the two services.

Use the webhook for an immediate response to a qualifying lead or for an internal prompt when a contact activity needs attention. Mobile Message Send SMS is the clearest customer-facing result. Create Contact can place the person in Mobile Message, while Add Contact to List can assign an audience when the webhook provides the required mobile number. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event can also start Wise Agent’s Add/Update Lead/Contact action when your team wants to record an SMS response. The available information and any required lead ID should be checked during testing.
