A change inside WinMan Cloud can be easy to miss when staff are moving between production, stock and customer work. WinMan Cloud sends a Webhook when an item is changed, giving Zapier a clear event to pass to Mobile Message. A selected recipient can then receive an SMS about the change, or the contact details can be placed into Mobile Message for a later communication workflow.

Use the Webhook trigger for a specific operational alert, such as notifying a manager that a relevant item changed. Mobile Message Send SMS is the most visible result. Create Contact and Add Contact to List are useful when the webhook includes a customer mobile number and your process calls for a new communication record or audience placement. WinMan Cloud’s Create, Update Or Delete Data action can also be started by an inbound SMS, but only use that when the message contains data your team has approved for processing. Each Zap should define its own event and outcome clearly.
