About the WeTransact integration

A subscription is purchased while your team is focused on another customer. WeTransact can pass that event to Mobile Message, so a new subscriber receives a timely welcome or your account team gets a notification without waiting for a manual report.

Subscription Renewed, Subscription Reinstated, Subscription Suspended and Subscription Cancelled are also available WeTransact triggers. Through Zapier, each can start a Mobile Message SMS that explains the next step, confirms an account change or alerts a staff member. A plan change or seat quantity change can likewise prompt a message when the information supplied by WeTransact is enough for your chosen wording.

This is useful for publishers and managed application providers that need customer communication around subscription activity. You choose the relevant WeTransact event, map the subscriber’s number and add the message content in Zapier. Mobile Message then performs the selected SMS or contact action. The connection does not synchronise subscription records, and WeTransact remains the source of the events that start each Zap.
