Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with WedDesk!
New Lead is useful for a fast acknowledgement or internal handover. New Job can send a practical confirmation message or notify the team responsible for delivery. Mobile Message can Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact and Add Contact to List, so a lead can be recorded and placed with the right messaging group. WedDesk's Create Lead or Job action is available for workflows that start elsewhere, but it does not provide a two-way sync with Mobile Message.

Can WedDesk send an SMS when a new lead arrives?
Yes. Select WedDesk's New Lead trigger in Zapier and pair it with Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The message can alert your sales owner or send an acknowledgement using the available lead fields.
Can a new WedDesk job create a Mobile Message contact?
Yes. New Job can start Create Contact in Mobile Message. Map the client's name and mobile number, along with any other available fields, so the contact is created when the job event occurs.
What do wedding suppliers need to connect WedDesk?
You need WedDesk and Mobile Message accounts and a Zapier account. The setup requires no code. Choose a WedDesk trigger, select the Mobile Message action, map the enquiry or job fields, test the Zap and switch it on.
