WaiverChaser SMS Integration

Businesses that collect waivers through WaiverChaser often need to confirm completion quickly, especially before a participant arrives. A New Waiver Signed or Signing Request Completed event can start a Zap that sends a short SMS through Mobile Message, so the participant receives a timely confirmation instead of relying only on email.

You can also use Signature Request Sent to notify an internal team member that a request has gone out, or use Waiver PDF Ready to alert staff that the signed record is available. Mobile Message can send the SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list. These workflows run through Zapier and use the fields available from WaiverChaser. They do not create a native two-way integration.

This connection suits gyms, tour operators, venues and service providers that need a clear waiver status. Keep the message plain text and avoid describing the PDF as an attachment arriving by SMS. If the recipient texts back, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can begin a separate workflow for handling that response.
