VOM SMS Integration

A person texts a business for the first time, and by the end of that exchange they already exist as a customer inside VOM, without anyone opening the accounting software to add them by hand. That is the practical outcome of linking Mobile Message and VOM through Zapier, and it matters most to small businesses that keep their books in VOM because it turns accounting reports into something a person with no accounting background can still read.

VOM already lets a business create an invoice, create a product, record a journal entry and update product quantity as stock changes, all from inside one platform built around plain financial reporting.
