VolunteerHub can trigger a Zap when a User Registration Created event occurs, allowing Mobile Message to send a plain text confirmation with arrival details, a contact number or a reminder to check the event information. The message reaches the volunteer without requiring a coordinator to export registrations or prepare a separate list.

New User Created and User Form Answers Updated can also start useful notifications when a new account appears or important details are saved. Mobile Message's Send SMS action is the practical endpoint because VolunteerHub has no actions available for a Zap to run. You can personalise the text with fields supplied by the registration event and add Zapier filters for particular events or registration types.

The workflow is configured through Zapier and works one way from VolunteerHub into Mobile Message. It does not update VolunteerHub or provide a two-way volunteer record. Each Zap sends the SMS selected for the specific VolunteerHub event, giving your organisation a clear way to acknowledge registrations and share timely information.
