A lead submits a Veedea opt-in form while the campaign is still running, and a quick response can help maintain that interest. Veedea users can send an SMS through Mobile Message when a new lead is captured, acknowledging the submission or sharing the next step. A product purchase can also trigger a useful confirmation message without requiring someone to monitor the campaign manually.

Veedea provides New Lead and New Product Purchase triggers. Pair New Lead with Send SMS for a prompt welcome, or use New Product Purchase to send a purchase acknowledgement. Create Contact can record a new lead in Mobile Message, while Add Contact to List can group a suitable existing contact for later campaign communication. Zapier connects Veedea with Mobile Message, so you choose the fields, recipients and wording for each workflow.

Keep promotional messages permission-conscious and make purchase texts clear about what has happened. Use filters when only particular products or campaigns should create an SMS. Veedea remains the campaign and purchase source, while Mobile Message sends the selected text or stores the contact.
