ValidaCFDI SMS Integration

An electronic invoice finishes validation in ValidaCFDI while an accounts team is processing other work. If the result is important, someone may need to know immediately rather than discover it during a later review. New CFDI Validation can start a Zap that uses Mobile Message to send a plain-text SMS to the responsible person or team.

This is useful for alerting staff that a Mexican CFDI has been checked against the SAT database and that the validation result is ready for review. Mobile Message can send an individual SMS, send SMS to a list, create a contact or update a contact. A business can therefore notify an accounts list, create a contact connected to the process, or send a direct message to a reviewer.

ValidaCFDI also offers Validate CFDI and Validate PDF Invoice actions. Those actions can be used in a wider Zap when another service starts the workflow, but the supplied New CFDI Validation trigger is the clearest event for a Mobile Message notification. The connection is configured in Zapier with both accounts. It is a one-way event automation, not a native synchronised link, and SMS should contain concise validation information.
