A customer replies to a text and their Uspacy record already reflects it, a task waiting, a comment logged, before anyone on the team has opened the workspace to check. That gap between a reply landing on a phone and a record appearing in Uspacy is what connecting the two through Zapier closes for teams running sales and support out of Uspacy's tasks, comments and entity items.

An inbound SMS reply can create a task for whoever needs to follow up, add a comment to the matching record, or create a new entity item if the sender is new to the workspace. A change in delivery status can update an entity item too, so the record shows whether a text actually reached the customer rather than just being sent. Each automation runs in one direction, a Mobile Message event triggering a Uspacy action.

None of this touches Uspacy's other tools, group creation, file uploads and funnel stages carry on exactly as they were. It just means the moment a customer replies or a delivery status changes, Uspacy already has a record waiting, and the person who needs to act on it doesn't have to go looking for it first.
