Upvoted SMS Integration

A new feature request in Upvoted is a useful signal, but product teams can miss it when feedback arrives among comments, votes and status changes. The most valuable event may need to reach a product owner quickly, especially when the request relates to an active customer or a release discussion. Mobile Message can deliver that alert by SMS through Zapier.

Use New Feature Request to trigger Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List in Mobile Message. A text can notify the product owner that a request needs review, while a contact record can preserve the requester’s details for later communication. New Comment and Feature Status Changed can also create targeted alerts, such as notifying a team member when work moves from open to in progress. These are one-directional workflows, not a two-way product feedback connection. Upvoted does not receive updates from Mobile Message unless you deliberately use an available Upvoted action, such as Create Feature Request, with Inbound SMS Received as the trigger. Add filters so only important requests or statuses generate texts.
