Una SMS Integration

Matchmakers spend most of the working day in conversation, texting candidates, checking in with clients, and chasing a reply before a promising match falls through. Mobile Message handles the texting side of that work and can hand information straight to Una through Zapier. When a candidate replies to a text, that reply can create a new lead in Una automatically, saving the matchmaker from typing details into the system by hand.
