Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Trinity CRM!
Trinity's Create Lead action can be started by an inbound SMS received through Mobile Message, turning a texted request into a lead record. A Mobile Message delivery update can also trigger Create Lead when your process needs a visible CRM record for a messaging event. Trinity's Add Contact to List action can be started by an inbound SMS too, creating a contact in the selected Trinity list. Its Get List trigger is available for retrieving lists during setup, rather than signalling a new customer event.
These workflows are suited to trades, agencies and service operators who need SMS activity to create a clear follow-up point. They do not provide two-way synchronisation. Each Zap runs one way and uses the fields you choose in Zapier.
