Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Treffas!

A client books a new appointment in Treffas while the service team is moving between jobs. A Zap can pass that New Appointment event to Mobile Message, so the client or assigned staff member receives a timely SMS with the booking details. That gives people a useful reminder without requiring the office to copy appointments into a messaging queue.

Treffas also provides New Client, Updated Client, New Offer and Updated Appointment events. These can trigger a welcome text, an appointment change notification or a contact action in Mobile Message. You can create a Mobile Message contact when a new client is added, then use Send SMS for the moments that need immediate attention. Treffas remains the place for scheduling and client management, while Mobile Message sends the separate SMS. The connection is built through Zapier and each workflow runs in one direction. It does not keep appointments and contacts continuously synchronised, so choose the event, recipient and message purpose for every Zap.
