New Email can also trigger Send SMS when transloads.co records that a pre-generated email has been sent. This may suit a workflow where an important customer notice needs a short text alert as well. The SMS should contain only the useful operational context, such as what was sent or where the recipient should look next.

It does not itself send a message or create a customer record.
