TranslatePlus can translate text or an email into another language, while Mobile Message can deliver the resulting wording by SMS. This gives teams a practical translation step before a message reaches a customer.

Through Zapier, TranslatePlus can sit in the middle of a workflow that starts with a supported event and ends with Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Its Translate Text action can process a message before it is sent, while Translate Email can translate both an email body and subject when that information is the source material. You can also use the Credit Falls Below 500 trigger to alert an administrator by SMS before translation capacity becomes a problem.

These workflows do not provide automatic language detection, a shared contact database or two-way synchronisation. They pass the selected text through the configured Zap steps. Review translated wording for important customer communications, then use Mobile Message to send the plain text result to the intended recipient.

Yes. Translate Text can be used as a Zapier step before Mobile Message's Send SMS action. A preceding event supplies the source wording, TranslatePlus produces the selected language, and the translated text is mapped into the outgoing plain text message.

Can I translate an email and send its content by SMS?

Yes. Translate Email translates the email body and subject to another language. In a suitable Zap, the translated output can be passed to Mobile Message's Send SMS action, subject to the message length and the fields available from the preceding trigger.

What is needed to build a TranslatePlus SMS workflow?
