Taxaroo SMS Integration

A client has just paid an invoice or signed an engagement, and the firm wants the next message to arrive while the interaction is still current. Taxaroo can send New Payment, New Signature, or New Appointment Scheduled events into Zapier, where Mobile Message sends a concise SMS. This gives the client a direct confirmation and gives staff a practical way to keep work moving.

Taxaroo also provides New Client Created, New Document Requested, New Document Submitted, New Review Received, and New Message Sent triggers. Use them for welcome texts, document reminders, review alerts, or notifications that a client has contacted the firm. Mobile Message can send messages, create or update contacts, add contacts to lists, and manage unsubscribes. In the other direction, an inbound SMS can create or update a Taxaroo client, send a firm message, schedule an appointment, or create an invoice when the required client and message information is available. The connection is built in Zapier, with each workflow assigned to one trigger and one resulting action. It does not create an automatic two-way client record sync.
