Yes. Choose New Support Ticket Created in Taskip and Send SMS in Mobile Message. The Zap can include the ticket reference, customer details and selected fields in the plain text message sent to the relevant number.

Can Taskip invoice events trigger payment reminder texts?

Yes. New Invoice Created can start a Zap with Mobile Message Send SMS. You can map the invoice number, customer name and other available Taskip fields into a reminder, subject to your own message and consent process.

How do I set up Taskip and Mobile Message in Zapier?
