An investor portal contact signs up or changes their details while your team is managing several conversations. SyndicationPro can start a Zap from its Contact Created or Updated event, allowing Mobile Message to send a timely acknowledgement or create a contact for future SMS communication.

You can use the same event to keep a message recipient record current, or send an SMS to a selected Mobile Message list when a new lead signs up. SyndicationPro also supplies actions for creating and updating contacts, but those actions do not need to be used to describe a Mobile Message event. The useful direction here is the contact event flowing into a Mobile Message action.

The apps connect through Zapier. Select Contact Created or Updated, map the phone and name fields, and write the plain text response your contact should receive. This gives your team a practical first touch without manually checking the investor portal after every registration or profile change.
