Synclyst SMS Integration

A reseller scans a product and needs its market information before deciding how to contact a buyer. Synclyst can save a new scan and look up product data, while Mobile Message can deliver a plain SMS result through a Zapier workflow. This gives operators a practical way to notify a team member when product work reaches a useful point.

New Scan can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. For example, a saved scan can alert a stock manager, create a contact for a seller, or place a known customer into a relevant audience. Synclyst's Get Market Value action can also be started by an inbound SMS received through Mobile Message. The lookup result can then be used by later Zap steps, subject to the fields and actions available in your workflow.

Extract Product From Image and Update Scan Outcome are useful for preparing or recording scan data. They do not themselves send an SMS. Treat the connection as a set of one-directional Zapier workflows, not a synchronised product or customer database. Map only the information you want to pass between the accounts.
