Survser SMS Integration

The most useful Survser event can arrive while a customer is still exploring a digital product. A New Form Submission or New Survey Response gives a research team fresh feedback, yet someone may not review the response until much later. That gap can make it harder to acknowledge participation or invite the respondent to continue the conversation.

With Zapier, Survser can send those events to Mobile Message. A completed response can trigger an SMS thanking the respondent, sharing a next step or confirming that their feedback was received. The same event can create a Mobile Message contact or add a person to a list for a suitable research group. This gives the team a repeatable way to act on survey activity without checking every response manually.

Survser remains the place where microsurveys are created and responses are collected. Mobile Message handles the selected SMS or contact action. The connection does not edit a survey or send responses back into Survser, and it does not turn an SMS reply into a survey answer unless a separate Zap is configured from Mobile Message’s inbound event.
