A new solar lead arrives while a sales adviser is already speaking with another household. Sunivo can start a Zap when a lead is uploaded, an appointment is scheduled or a lead status changes. Mobile Message can then send an SMS so the next step is not left waiting in a queue.

A new sale can prompt a confirmation, while an appointment outcome can trigger a follow-up message. Sunivo also includes an SMS Message Received event, but Mobile Message’s own inbound SMS trigger is the more direct option when you want incoming texts to start another workflow. The available Sunivo Send SMS action can also be used when a Mobile Message delivery status changes, giving Sunivo a record of the message event where appropriate.

These workflows are configured separately in Zapier. They do not create a native connection or continuously synchronise solar leads, appointments and messages. Instead, each selected Sunivo or Mobile Message event runs one chosen action with the information you map, helping advisers keep customers informed at useful points in the sales process.
