Stora SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Stora!

A storage customer starts a tenancy and needs access details, while your team is dealing with move-ins, payments and facility tasks. Stora can send events through Zapier to Mobile Message, so a new contract, order, tenancy or completed task can trigger a timely plain text SMS. You can also respond to identity verification failures or an available unit.

A started tenancy can send move-in instructions. A new contract or order can confirm the next step, and an available unit can notify a waiting customer or staff member. When an invoice is updated, the Zap can send the message your process requires. Mobile Message sends each SMS using the contact and event fields you map.

The reverse direction can add information back into Stora. An inbound Mobile Message text can create a contact, deal, task or note, so a reply has a record someone can check. A delivery status can also create a timeline event. These are individual Zapier automations and do not represent a two-way Stora and Mobile Message sync.

Can Stora text a customer when a tenancy starts?

Yes. Started Tenancy can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action in Zapier. Use the available Stora fields to send move-in instructions, access information or another plain text message.

Can a customer SMS create a task in Stora?

Yes. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can run Stora’s Create Task action. The text and sender details can be mapped into a task for your storage team to review.

What is required to connect Stora with Mobile Message?
