Steams Online SMS Integration

Operators running classes and training programmes on Steams Online often need to respond quickly when a new lead appears. A lead may be considering several providers, so a quiet delay between submitting interest and receiving a useful acknowledgement can weaken the first impression. Zapier can use Steams Online's New Lead trigger to send an SMS through Mobile Message.

The message might confirm that the enquiry has been received, explain the next step or alert a course coordinator to make contact. You can also create the lead as a Mobile Message contact, or send a notification to a list used by the admissions or enrolment team. The phone number and other details come from the Steams Online event and are mapped into the selected Mobile Message action.

This creates a practical response path for education providers without asking staff to monitor every lead screen. It is not a native connection or a two-way record synchronisation. Each Zap has a defined trigger and outcome, so you can keep the SMS wording, audience and timing appropriate to the class or programme involved.
