Manual chasing starts when a new invoice or other document is created and nobody knows whether the customer has seen it. Space Invoices / Apollo can pass a New Document event to Zapier, so Mobile Message can send a timely SMS instead of leaving staff to copy details and contact people separately.

A Zap can send an SMS when a document is created, create a Mobile Message contact for a new customer, or add that contact to a list for later communication. If the document needs a written follow-up, Space Invoices / Apollo also provides Send Document by Email as an action that can be started by an inbound SMS received through Mobile Message. These workflows keep the invoice process connected to direct customer contact without implying a shared database.
