Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Sophiie!

A receptionist has just booked an appointment or captured a new lead while your staff are busy with the next job. Sophiie can trigger a Zap when an appointment is created, a lead is created, an appointment status changes, or a new enquiry is recorded. That gives the customer a timely SMS without someone re-entering the details later.

Through Zapier, connect those Sophiie events to Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Text an appointment confirmation, acknowledge a new lead, or provide a reminder about the next step. A new lead or appointment can also create a Mobile Message contact, while a status change can trigger an update to an existing contact when the phone details are available. This connection keeps Sophiie focused on receptionist work and Mobile Message focused on SMS delivery. It does not synchronise appointment or lead records, so select the event and action that match your process.
