SolidNexus SMS Integration

A contact extracted from an email signature can be useful only if someone follows up while the conversation is still active. SolidNexus removes the need to type those details into a separate contact record, but a team may still need to acknowledge the person or place them into a messaging audience. Zapier can pass SolidNexus events to Mobile Message.

New Contact can trigger Create Contact in Mobile Message, preserving the extracted person as a contact. It can also trigger Send SMS when a suitable phone number is available. Updated Contact can start Update Contact, helping keep the Mobile Message record current when SolidNexus changes the contact details. These workflows are especially useful for teams that receive many business emails and want a consistent way to prepare contacts for later communication.

The connection is made through Zapier, not through a native integration. SolidNexus remains responsible for extracting contacts from signatures, while Mobile Message performs the chosen contact or SMS action. It does not promise a two-way synchronised address book, so choose the fields and events that matter to your process and test the message carefully before turning the Zap on.
