SmartTargeting SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SmartTargeting!
SmartTargeting helps real estate agents find and engage potential home sellers. Its New Lead trigger can pass the available lead information to Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. You can personalise a short acknowledgement, explain when an agent will call, or provide a simple next step. The connection is made through Zapier, with each Zap running from one SmartTargeting event to one Mobile Message action. It is not a native integration or a two-way sync.
Agents can also use the New Lead event with Create Contact, so a lead is recorded in Mobile Message as soon as it arrives. That gives the team a separate contact workflow for future texts and list management. The result is a more consistent first response without asking staff to re-enter every lead manually.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

Can SmartTargeting leads be added to a Mobile Message list?
Yes. Use New Lead with Add Contact to List. The Zap can add the lead to a selected Mobile Message list after the contact details have been supplied, subject to the information available from SmartTargeting.
