Site2CRM can trigger a Zap for New AI Chat Conversation, New Form Submission, New Lead or Lead Captured From Chat. Mobile Message can send an SMS from these events. It can also create a contact, so a new lead can be placed in Mobile Message, or send an inbound SMS to Site2CRM Add Note to Lead. These workflows let you choose whether the first result is a sales alert, a messaging contact or a note on an existing lead.

The connection runs through Zapier and each workflow is configured separately. It does not create a native integration or an automatic two-way CRM sync. You need Site2CRM, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. Use only the lead fields available in the selected event and keep customer-facing text clear and relevant.
